Commission & Distribution Revenue Disclosure
In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09 and subsequent regulatory directives, the commission earned by Aureva Capital Private Limited from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and portfolio managers on various scheme categories is transparently disclosed to investors upon request prior to transaction placement.
Distributor commissions are paid by product providers out of statutory expense ratios and do not constitute an additional out-of-pocket fee charged to the investor.
